URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Republicans want to GUT the Endangered Species Act and other bedrock environmental protections, Friend! Please take immediate action to STOP them!

Now that Republicans control the House of Representatives, they’re moving FULL STEAM AHEAD to disassemble our nation’s most critical environmental laws. One proposed bill would prevent species like giraffes and elephants from being protected by the Endangered Species Act! Another would allow the military to IGNORE PROTECTIONS for endangered species.

It gets even worse. Republicans would also give the green light for mining companies to destroy public lands for profit and allow Big Oil to build polluting projects without input from impacted communities. Imagine if Big Oil built a new refinery in your town without your input. The air grows thick with toxic pollutants. Kids prefer to stay inside. Invisible fumes creep into unsuspecting homes. This is what we’re up against!

STOP Republicans from attacking environmental laws that PROTECT our communities, public lands, and endangered species! Send your message by 11:59pm TONIGHT!

Pipelines forced through natural habitats. Dirty mines churning up land. Oil refineries spewing toxins into residential areas. Your voice ignored. What stands between preventing these disasters and your community? The very laws that Republicans want to unravel.
