Here he goes infringing on our Second Amendment rights.
 
This will be challenged in court.
 
The Supreme Court has made it abundantly clear that our constitutional rights are absolute. Shall Not Be Infringed.
 
Government does NOT get to tell me or my constituents how we are allowed to keep our families safe.

When my district sent me to Congress, I made them a promise to always stand strong for our 2nd Amendment rights.
 
As the co-chair of the House Second Amendment Caucus, I’ve kept that promise.
 
Standing for the Second Amendment means no one should be denied our basic human rights.
 
This can not stand.
