Joe Biden’s lawless Department of Justice plans to prosecute up to 1,200 more
innocent January 6 patriots.

The Bloomberg news article opens with this headline:

“DOJ Told Court to Expect a Deluge of New Jan. 6 Prosecutions”

And it only gets worse from there:

“The Oct. 28 letter from US Attorney Matthew Graves to Chief Judge Beryl
Howell, which came as the department neared its 900th arrest, estimated an
additional 700 to 1,200 defendants. That could roughly double the number of
cases filed so far – with this month marking the 1,000th arrest, according to
statistics <[link removed]>
from the US attorney’s office.”

Judge Howell also steps down this week.

His replacement for chief judge will be the total hack, Obama appointee Judge
James E. Boasberg…the judge who just forced retired NYPD officer and peaceful
protester Sara Carpenter to go to court without evidence that could’ve cleared
her of all charges.

As I told you earlier this week, Sara was just found guilty on seven counts,
and gets sentenced in July.

These new developments are deeply alarming.

Because the DOJ is doubling down on railroading innocent Americans even though
they KNOW that the “deadly insurrection” narrative is a LIE.

The DOJ KNOWS:

✓ The protester known as Q Shaman was not only not violent, he was escorted
peacefully by U.S. Capitol Police throughout the Capitol building,

✓ US Capitol Police officer Brain Sicknick was alive and on the job after he
had been allegedly murdered by protesters with a fire extinguisher,

✓ Someone doctored video footage of the protest, and added in yells and
screams to make the event seem scarier.

Our beautiful country is in deep, deep trouble…so are each of the January 6
peaceful protesters I’m fighting for, peacefully and legally.
