As we speak, Iowa and Kentucky are moving on Key ESG laws.
- Iowa’s legislation would protect key state contracts from “Woke” asset managers and financial institutions that attempt to push a political agenda with taxpayer funds.
- Kentucky's HB 236 would protect state pension funds from radical ESG policies and ensure that asset managers prioritize financial criteria in their investments and uphold their fiduciary responsibility
