St Ann’s Allotments

Further to the newsletter from 1 December 2022 the Renewal Trust have asked us to clarify some inaccuracies contained in the article.

There is an allotments tenants communications group, who meet regularly with Hungerhill Developments Ltd (HDL) reps. Tenants were invite to join the group in April 2022.

HDL are committed to providing a voice for tenants and will be recruiting new directors for the HDL board shortly. The advert for new Directors will be shared with tenants and any tenant who is interested in becoming a board member should follow the application process.

There are in excess of 500 allotments on the site so it is not possible to facilitate a monthly meet up but there are lots of ways to get involved and for tenants to meet up, for example through training and skills development sessions, tea and toast/Thermal Thursday sessions and the weekly drop-ins.  Please see the official ‘St Anns Allotments’ Hungerhill Developments Facebook page for more details or contact the Allotments team in the Allotment Centre.

Any questions tenants have, should be raised using the appropriate channels.  The Renewal Trust,  Hungerhill Developments and Hungerhill Trading have a complaints policy and procedure that can be accessed here [link removed] [ [link removed] ]
