URGENT! MORE GAMES!

Just when you think they are finally getting it, you find out they are playing more games!

H265 is the bill that prohibits children from attending sexually explicit exhibitions such as drag shows.... it still hasn't hit the Senate. This was passed in the House 48-21 and introduced in the Senate State Affairs back on March 8. Why hasn't it had a vote yet?

H314 is the Children's School and Library Protection Act and was moved to the amending order but now we are hearing that the Senate is trying to gut it. Tell the entire Senate to LEAVE IT AS IS!

Also, there is a great bill that passed the Senate 28-7.

S 1071 would have banned comprehensive Sex Ed and radical gender ideology under 5th grade but Julie Yamamoto shoved it in her drawer and shut down the House education committee early. Why is Julie and the House Ed committee WRONG on just about everything having to do with children?

Julie Yamamoto was just given a vote of no confidence by her own county's GOP central committee. She is wrong for children, wrong for the education committee, and wrong for Idaho!

Also, there has been no movement on H295 since our last email so keep on emailing!

It's time to let the Senate State Affairs Committee know that you don't want ESG in Idaho and we need to get this bill heard! It protects Idaho's gun dealers.

"This bill will prohibit credit card companies from assigning unique credit card codes to firearms retailers that sell weapons and ammunition in Idaho. The tracking of these codes will allow unprecedented surveillance of 2nd Amendment activity by the sharing with the government."

This bill passed the House 66-4.  It's currently being held up in the Senate State Affairs Committee because Guthrie says he has only heard from merchants so far.
