Need Your Opinion: Gray Wolves

This week, a bill I introduced to delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act (ESA) received its first-ever hearing in the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Water, Wildlife and Fisheries.

As you may know, a California judge unilaterally relisted the gray wolf under the ESA last year. However, ample scientific evidence reveals that the gray wolf has recovered well past its recovery goal.

My Trust the Science Act would permanently remove the gray wolf from the ESA and allow individual states to manage their gray wolf population. I believe it's time we put gray wolf management decisions back in the hands of Wisconsinites, but I want to hear from you.
