It’s Mike Pieciak – Vermont Treasurer and long-time friend and supporter of Becca!

Becca and I have a lot in common! We both have deep roots in our hometown of Brattleboro, became two of Vermont’s first openly LGBTQ statewide elected officials in November, and chose to serve in public office for the same reason: To give Vermonters in communities like ours a voice in Montpelier, DC, and beyond.

Whether it’s supporting teachers, expanding voting rights, or tackling climate change, Becca has a record of action to back up her words. In Congress, she’s already become an outspoken voice for trans youth, accountability and transparency in government, and reproductive freedom.

But being a strong voice in Washington often brings extra scrutiny and political attacks. That’s why it is so important for Becca to show strength on next week’s campaign finance deadline — her first as our congresswoman.
