IJM supports Indian police free 1,401 enslaved children in a month
Indian police rescued children from labor trafficking during a month-long effort in January. IJM worked as an expert consultant to develop a standardized process for safely rescuing children and building a strong legal case against their traffickers.

Cambodian trafficker caught after four years of evasion
The trafficker had been on the run after he was caught enslaving men on Thai fishing boats. With the help of IJM Cambodia, he was located and arrested after an unrelenting four-year search by Cambodian police.

Three Indonesians found guilty of human trafficking in cyberscam slavery case
Lured by the offer of a well-paying job, thousands of people have found themselves enslaved in Southeast Asia, where they are forced to target victims worldwide with online scams. Nine Indonesian survivors received justice after their traffickers were sentenced to time in prison and restitution payments.
