I’m fighting to protect it

During the previous House session, when Democrats ruled the roost, we
witnessed an all-out assault on our Second Amendment rights.



We saw everything from unconstitutional “Red Flag” laws that bypass due
process to unnecessary caps on magazine ammunition.



Needless to say, I fought tooth and nail against this subversion of our
Constitution.

John, if you recall back in July, I defended disabled shooters and veterans by
attempting to prevent Democrats from banning pistol stabilizing braces—for whom
they were created.



This is nothing more than backdoor gun control and is completely
unconstitutional.



Of course, my amendment was rejected by Democrats, who wrongly insisted pistol
braces are bump stocks that make weapons fully automatic. 🤡



Thankfully, John, we are working to put a stop to it.



I am proud to join Congressman Andrew Clyde in introducing H.J.Res.44, which
would give congressional disapproval towards the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
and Firearms (ATF) pistol brace rule registering and banning millions of
firearms with stabilizing braces.



John, can we count on your support to help us preserve and protect our
fundamental right to keep and bear arms?
