The Nottingham City Council team of the D2N2 Growth Hub, sitting within Economic Development is seeking to recruit an experienced, target driven, team player to an Account Manager position on a 22 hour per week, fixed term basis to March 2021.

To role will lead on the project management and delivery of support to the B Global Business Network aimed at Businesses of African Heritage. This role will be critical in supporting Nottinghams Growth Plan and helping businesses to invest in the city and its people.

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Nottingham City based Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from Nottinghams African Heritage, BAME and diverse communities. By identifying SMEs who are already experiencing growth or who have growth potential, and proactively working with these businesses to ensure that they are accessing all available support in overcoming barriers to growth and in reaching their full growth potential.

This will reduce the barriers for Nottinghams African Heritage and diverse communities accessing support.

The post-holder will be required to proactively work with these businesses to increase membership to the B Global network, and ensure that they are accessing all available support in overcoming barriers to growth and in reaching their full growth potential. This role will be critical in supporting Nottinghams Growth Plan and helping businesses to invest in the city and its people.

*The salary is 32,878.00 (Grade H1) pro rata on 22 hours per week.*
