Dear John,
The AFGE Women's and Fair Practices Departments are proud to invite you to join us for the 2023 Sister's Keeper Summit and Human Rights Training Conference at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Maryland from July 28-August 4, 2023.
Our 4th Annual Sister's Keeper Summit will be held from July 28-30, 2023, bringing together the women of AFGE and their allies for three days of workshops, planning sessions, panels, and more. This summit is an opportunity for us to come together to discuss the issues affecting women in the workplace and beyond, and to develop strategies for advancing our rights and interests.
This year's Human Rights Training will be held from July 31-August 4, 2023, and will feature some of our most popular training courses, including EEO Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced, Legal Writing, Racial Justice, DEI, Conflict Resolution, Workplace Bullying, Worker's Compensation, Health, Safety, and Emotional Wellbeing, and more. HRT is designed to deepen our understanding of the challenges we face and equip us with the tools we need to be effective advocates for change.
We invite you to join our coalition of AFGE activists and leaders committed to fighting discrimination and building a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace, union, and world. This is an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and gain the skills and knowledge necessary to effect real change in your workplace and community.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Women's and Fair Practices Department at [email protected].
Thank you for your interest and support, and we look forward to seeing you at the conference.
Sincerely,
Jeremy A. Lannan
