May is Military Appreciation Month and we want YOU to join us and countless patriots nationwide
to honor all who have laced up in service to
our country by showing appreciation.

Our nation’s servicemen and women have set aside their lives for the protection and preservation of our freedom. Some have given their lives in service.

In support and gratitude for their service and sacrifice, our goal is to see a unification – from sea to shining sea – during the month of May.

FITNESS CHALLENGE
Daily breaks from work, exercising or practicing mindfulness are proven benefits to good physical and mental health. Take time to run, walk, hike, bike, swim or practice mindfulness in honor of our military during the 31 days in May.
