This week, President Biden vetoed Congress’ bipartisan resolution that condemned, and would nullify, the illegal use of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in retirement investing.
This leaves WILL no choice but to continue our lawsuit against the Biden Administration and the U.S. Secretary of Labor for violating the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974—which governs the operation of retirement plans and protects the hard-earned savings of millions of employees from mismanagement and abuse— and undermining the authority of Congress.
