It's not too early to start strategizing for 2024.

Will we be called toward to broad, statewide races or deep canvassing to lift up city slates? Will we continue the Hometown Hero program or move more toward our labor organizing roots? What will give us the most light in these dark times?

Here's 4 things you can do right now to start building power for 2024:

1) Complete the 2023-2024 WV Can't Wait Strategy Survey at bit.ly/2023CantWait. If you've already filled it out, please text the link to a friend or colleague. The responses to these surveys will form the basis for our strategy moving forward.

2) Make a monthly, or one-time donation. Every election cycle, we are limited by what we can afford. Starting a monthly donation now will help us support more candidates with more resources when the time comes. 3) Think about running. Now is a terrible time to announce a run for office in 2024... but it's a perfect time to start having conversations in your community about what that would look like -- identifying key issues, planning out your run, and building a team around you. Not sure how to start? Drop me a line. We're already starting to coach candidates for '24.

4) Connect us to a City Councilor, County Commissioner or School Board member you know. WV Can't Wait has 24 folks currently in office, and each of them receives access to policy, security, communications, and other support... to help them fight for the little guy.
