Lindsey Graham isn’t interested in finding the truth during Trump’s impeachment trial. When he admits he’s “not trying to pretend to be a fair juror,” we know what he really means: He’s not even trying to pretend to look out for the South Carolina families harmed most by his agenda.
South Carolinians deserve a senator who will put our people over politics. We deserve leadership we can trust. That’s why I’m running against Graham – and that’s why I can win.
The latest polls show I’m just 2 points behind Graham. Democrats have a real chance of flipping South Carolina blue and sending Lindsey home, but not without the help of grassroots supporters like you, John. So my friend Catherine told me I should reach out personally.
I’ve made it this far in my life because my mentors and the people around me have taken a chance on me. And now I’m personally asking you, John – take a chance on me so we can have a real shot at winning on Election Day.
Lindsey Graham has never faced a candidate like me. As the first in my family to graduate college, I understand the challenges the people of the Palmetto State face – and I want to create opportunities to make the American dream a reality. Winning this race won’t be easy, but I won’t back down.
But we’re nowhere near our first fundraising goal this year – and if we’re going to stand up to Graham’s $10.3 million in funds, we’re going to need every dollar we can get. Missing goals in a race this tight could hand this seat and the Senate majority to a dangerous agenda.
