John,
conservatives are ready to do anything to
cover up and defend Donald Trump and their fellow GOP officials.

The House GOP and former President Donald Trump are attacking Manhattan
District Attorney Alvin Bragg after he set up a grand jury in an attempt
to prosecute Trump for the $130,000 paid as hush money to silence Stormy
Daniels.

DA Bragg is fulfilling his duty as prosecutor by investigating Trump’s
violation of campaign laws and therefore a breach of election protocols.
In retaliation, Republicans, like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, are
threatening him and members of his office. Three House Republican
committee chairmen also sent Bragg a letter yesterday asking him to
testify in front of Congress for what they call a “politically motivated
prosecutorial decision.”

What’s ironic here is that the GOP claims to care about “law and order,”
yet they don’t want Donald Trump to be held accountable for his actions —
even when that meant inciting an insurrection and beating police officers
on the Capitol. It seems that their concept of “law and order” is only for
Black and brown folks, but will never apply to white supremacist leaders
in power regardless of how egregious their crimes are.

John, the GOP is
adamant about Trump not being held accountable for breaking the law and
attempting to influence the presidential election. Kentucky U.S. Senator
Rand Paul flat out said DA Bragg should be PUT IN JAIL. That’s right, a
U.S. Senator is calling for a Black man to be put in jail because he is
considering charging Trump with a crime.

[ [link removed] ]The attacks are going to escalate quickly. We need to show that we,
the people, will not allow conservative billionaires to retaliate against
DAs like Alvin Bragg for doing their job and attack them if they
investigate guilty GOP officials. Will you make a contribution right now

Everywhere across the country, progressive DAs who seek justice and look
to hold people accountable are under attack from conservatives in power.

This has been happening in Florida with GOP Governor DeSantis removing DA
Andrew Warren after he pledged not to use office resources to prosecute
those seeking abortion. Conservatives are also attacking our DAs in Texas,
Iowa, and Mississippi. And now, it’s happening in New York, with DA Bragg
under attack while investigating Trump.

Conservatives are building a nationwide movement to roll back all of our
life-changing work and we need to be ready to defend our DAs from the
attacks.

And with Trump potentially being arrested as early as this week, we know
that GOP House officials will become more aggressive in their threats
against DA Bragg.

We will continue to watch how these attacks unfold, and if they escalate,
we need to be ready and equipped to jump in and defend DA Bragg.
