** The Hunt Institute to host the 2023 Illinois Educator Diversity Summit

The Illinois Educator Diversity Summit, hosted in partnership with The Honorable Juliana Stratton, Lieutenant Governor of Illinois, will provide participants with opportunities to engage in constructive conversations about diversifying the Illinois educator workforce with leading experts and practitioners from Illinois and other parts of the country.


** The Hunt Institute to host the first convening of Avanza
------------------------------------------------------------

In partnership with LatinxEd and The Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research, and with support from the John M. Belk Endowment, Avanza is designed to provide institutional leaders with a space to discuss best practices and barriers to student success and provide greater alignment and collaboration to support Latino students across the state.


** The Hunt Institute to host the 2023 Nevada Regional Visit
------------------------------------------------------------

Nevada has created a dedicated office of workforce innovation at the governor’s office, scaled work-based learning opportunities, strategically aligned education-to-workforce pathways across agencies, and more. This Regional Visit will allow elected officials from across the country to learn more about best practices for connecting K-12 and postsecondary education and workforce development.
