Hi John,
Weβve reached the end of Open Education Week! ππ€π
Open Education Week celebrates efforts to make educational resources freely available worldwide. CC continues to do just that. Weβre excited to share that UNICEF, Creative Commons, and others are working together to find OER curriculum and openly licensed psycho-social support materials to help Syrian and Turkish children and their teachers who have been displaced by the devastating earthquakes. We expect to have more updates in the coming months.
This work is essential. While Open Education Week has ended, our efforts in support of open education march on as strong as ever. We believe access to knowledge is a human right and CC is working hard to ensure that Open Education Resources (OER) are available to all.
We invite you to learn more about OER and our Open Education program ([link removed]) , and if you are able, to make a donation to Creative Commons ([link removed]) . Your contributions allow us to continue to doing this important work.
Thank you!
The CC Team love_cc
