We often talk about the work New Politics does to elect more servant leaders to public office. But what exactly is a servant leader?
Whether they’re military veterans, returned Peace Corps volunteers, AmeriCorps and Teach for America alumni, public servants, or educators, servant leaders across the country have answered the call to put country and community over self – and they’re ready to do it again by running for public office.
Since 2013 our mission at New Politics has been to support and elect servant leaders to public office from school board to Congress who have the courage, empathy, and integrity to stand up for what’s right, even and especially when it’s difficult.
For 10 years, our team has helped servant leaders overcome every barrier to entry in the political arena. Help elect more servant leaders to change the face of democracy starting right now.

--
New Politics supports outstanding military veterans and national service leaders, alumni of programs like AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps, to step up and serve our country again, this time through politics. We were proud to be behind the movement of veterans who ran for office for the first time in 2018, and we have big plans to grow into the future.
