We are thrilled to announce that during this Women’s History Month we launched the second season of Free World. Free World is an ARC produced podcast series hosted by two formerly incarcerated women: Norma Cumpian, Associate Director of ARC's Women's Department and ARC Life Coach, Shone Robinson. This podcast focuses discussions on women reconstructing their lives after incarceration and is the first podcast that is 100% formerly incarcerated produced and hosted. Through this series, we aim to explore a diverse range of topics that affect all women – women who are formerly incarcerated, women who are currently incarcerated, women who are system impacted, and women who care about these issues. This first episode of the second season reinforces how important maintaining hope is to a successful reentry.

With a diverse range of guest speakers, each episode promises to be engaging, insightful, and thought-provoking. We will be hearing from some of the most inspiring individuals who have returned home and who will be sharing their experiences to help listeners and fellow returning citizens navigate through life's challenges and achieve their goals.

Our Women’s Department has put in an immense amount of effort to ensure that Free World is of the highest quality possible.
