The Trump administration has continually gone out of its way to enforce cruel, restrictive, and un-American immigration policies. Today, the Supreme Court ruled that they can proceed in implementing the public charge rule to allow discrimination against poor immigrants who apply for green card status. A district court judge found that the rule was “repugnant to the American Dream” itself.
