Dear John,

I am writing to you today to call attention to the HYPOCRISY of Socialist Congresswoman Cori Bush of Missouri, who has been a vocal proponent of defunding the police, yet has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on private security for herself and her campaign.

Recently, it has been revealed that her campaign paid her now-husband $60,000 for “security services” despite him not having a private security license. This is a clear violation of campaign finance laws, and it is a misuse of funds.

But what makes this even more egregious is the fact that Rep. Bush has been a vocal proponent of “defunding” the police. She has called for the reallocation of police funds to social programs and has been critical of law enforcement. Yet, when it comes to HER OWN safety and the safety of her campaign, she has NO PROBLEM spending hundreds of thousands of donor dollars on private security.

This is blatant hypocrisy, and we cannot let it go unchallenged. That's why I'm asking you to take action now and chip in $10 or more to support our efforts to hold Socialist Congresswoman Cori Bush accountable.

We have a deadline to meet, and we need your help to make it happen. The deadline for contributions is 11:59 PM TONIGHT.

We cannot allow elected officials to say one thing and do another. It is a betrayal of the trust that we have placed in them, and it undermines the credibility of our democracy.

So please, I urge you to take immediate action and make a contribution to help ensure that Rep. Bush is held accountable for her hypocrisy. Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to promote transparency and accountability in our government.
