Ever feel like you're starting from scratch?

In our ten years of racking up wins for democracy nationwide, we've heard
consistently from local leaders that they feel like they're looking at a
blank slate when they want to tackle democracy reform in their backyard.

That's why we launched the Democracy Reformers Training Series. We want
you to be among the first to hear about it publicly. 

This program is the key to scaling our movement and preparing the next
generation of pro-democracy leaders across the country. But work like this
requires significant resources to make sure we’re doing it right. [ [link removed] ]Can

We've learned a lot as we've worked all over the country supporting
campaigns and local efforts, but we can only be in so many places. We
rolled out this new training program to share what we've learned and help
bring the RepresentUs approach to more communities.

This program reflects how widespread our movement is across the country.
In total, we had 72 participants sign up in more than two dozen states
across the country representing over 50 organizations and campaigns!

Our movement’s wins at the city and state levels are starting to add up,
and the momentum is mounting. The Democracy Reformers Training Series has
brought together everyone from campaign leaders to field organizers to
learn and grow together – and our movement will be better because of it.
