John, here's what you need to know about Wisconsin:
Aggressive redistricting efforts have made Wisconsin into one of the most gerrymandered states in the country. This has had devastating effects on the Badger State's voting rights and, more recently, its reproductive rights. After Roe v. Wade fell, Wisconsin banned abortion outright.
So here's the good news: In just two weeks, on April 4, there are three pro-choice women on the ballot who can change the balance of power in Wisconsin for years to come.
Are you ready to fight hard for democracy and reproductive freedom in swing states like Wisconsin? Donate right now to help pro-choice champions WIN up and down the ballot as soon as next month:

After the fall of Roe v. Wade last year, an 1849 abortion ban became the new law of the land in Wisconsin. That's right -- Wisconsinites are having their bodily autonomy determined by a law that predates the Civil War. The legality of this ban is about to come up before the state Supreme Court, where we have proudly endorsed Judge Janet Protasiewicz to fill a vacant seat. Her victory, and her pro-choice vote on the Court, could end the 1849 ban and restore abortion rights to millions in Wisconsin. It's that simple.
We also have the chance to make a change at the state legislative level, where pro-choice champion Jodi Habush Sinykin (SD-08) is running to FLIP a state Senate seat. Voting and reproductive rights in Wisconsin depend on more voices like Jodi's in the legislature, so this is a must-win!
And of course, you can't make progress without protecting progress. At the city level, we have endorsed Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway of Madison, WI for reelection. Mayor Rhodes-Conway has passed a resolution to protect abortion care providers despite the state's ban, and strong voices like hers are essential in the fight to protect the fundamental rights of millions.
All three of these pro-choice women are on the ballot in Wisconsin on April 4 (just two weeks away!) and they all need our help to win, John.
Wisconsin is on the frontlines of this battle for reproductive justice, and races like these will be a key predictor of the fight ahead, John. Donate now to support these fearless pro-choice women & more like them across the country:
