WHAT: Gov. Justice will hold a bill signing ceremony for coal-related bills passed by the West Virginia Legislature.
* HB 3308 ([link removed]) - Authorizing PSC consider and issue financing orders to certain utilities to permit the recovery of certain costs through securitization via consumer rate relief bonds
* HB 3482 ([link removed]) - To create the Coal Fired Grid Stabilization and Security Act of 2023
* HB 3303 ([link removed]) - Clarifying and expanding the powers and duties of the director of the Coalfield Community Development Office
* SB 609 ([link removed]) - Obtaining approval for decommissioning or deconstructing of existing power plant
