1. The new right-wing majority on the North Carolina state Supreme Court just reopened a CRITICAL case that previously struck Raleigh Republicans’ ultra-gerrymandered legislative maps.
2. If the Court majority sides with the GOP, NC Democrats will face an uneven playing field in elections to come.
3. Raleigh Republicans need to pick up just ONE state House seat for veto-proof supermajorities in both legislative chambers — if they gain it, they’d be able to push through any radical legislation they want.
