Today, we are proud to announce our endorsement of Seth Anderson-Oberman
for Philadelphia’s 8th City Council District ahead of the May 16th primary
election.

A long-time union organizer, Seth is running to champion workers’ rights,
housing justice, sustainable community-led development, and fully funded
public schools. He co-founded the Philadelphia Labor for Black Lives
Coalition and fosters youth-led activism as a member of the Board of

Seth Anderson-Oberman knows what it takes to stand up against corporate
politicians and powerful interests because he’s been doing it his entire
career. Philadelphia families need a champion like Seth who will challenge
the powers that be and deliver real results on things like housing justice
and affordability, community-led development, and public education. Seth
has the organizing experience, expertise, and passion to deliver real
results for all Philadelphians.
