Hi,

March 21st marks the UN’s International Day of Forests. The day emphasizes the importance of our planet’s forests and trees, and addresses issues such as deforestation and climate change. EARTHDAY‍.ORG, with our year-round campaigns and programs, is working towards not only protecting our forests, but spreading awareness and creating change regarding various environmental movements.

Show your support for our campaigns on your sleeve this International Day of Forests by checking out our new sustainable t-shirt design!  <[link removed]>

The Canopy Project <[link removed]> is an EARTHDAY‍.ORG campaign that strengthens and rehabilitates communities most affected by environmental degradation and deforestation. By planting trees across the globe, our program safeguards diverse tree species that local groups and animals heavily rely on.

The fashion industry creates tremendous waste, contaminating water sources, depleting healthy soil, and destroying forests. EARTHDAY‍.ORG’s campaign, Fashion for the Earth <[link removed]>, focuses on sustainable, ecologically responsible fashion. With our new t-shirt design <[link removed]>, you can celebrate the International Day of Forests by ditching fast fashion and supporting an organic, naturally-sourced process. EARTHDAY‍.ORG’s merchandise uses organic cotton, certified low impact printing and recyclable products <[link removed]>.

All clothing products are wrapped and shipped in plastic-free packaging due to the harmful impacts of plastic on our habitats: endangering marine life, generating waste, and polluting streams. EARTHDAY‍.ORG’s campaign, The Great Global Cleanup <[link removed]>, draws attention to these negative effects and aims to create a waste-free world.

In order to address problems such as deforestation, fast fashion, and plastic pollution, promoting Climate and Environmental Literacy <[link removed]> is important to fully address the climate crisis and engage with fellow citizens and governments. EARTHDAY‍.ORG believes that every individual should have access to and receive high-quality, integrated environmental and civic engagement education.

You can be a part of these movements and commemorate the International Day of Forests by purchasing a sustainably-made t-shirt. Proceeds from your purchases will support all of EARTHDAY‍.ORG’s campaigns.

By simply wearing a t-shirt, you can make today memorable and contribute to the next generation's future. <[link removed]>

For our Earth,
