This Women’s History Month, it’s important to talk about how our health and our history have intertwined.

Right now, women face a complicated health care environment. Instead of moving in the right direction, maternal mortality rates for American women have increased over the past 20 years. Inflation is having an impact on the cost of care and the quality of nutrition.

Women are facing all of these challenges and more, so our office is working to deliver resources to our constituents who need help to get the care they need. The event will specifically address maternal health, breast cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and the other critical health issues American women face.
