Imagine facing spiraling violence all around you and not knowing where you’d seek care if you were hurt or sick. Luckily, for the people we serve in Haiti, PIH staff at over a dozen clinics and hospitals are continuing to provide lifesaving care every day.
But we need your help. The violence has become so widespread and so profound it has undermined our ability to operate as normal for the first time in nearly 40 years.
We are currently surging resources to keep our staff secure and make sure our network of facilities can operate for extended periods of time without resupply. It is imperative that quality health care remain available, no matter what.
