Hello John,

I'm getting in touch to let you know about a new opportunity to take part in the Specialist Certificate in Youth Health Promotion ([link removed]) .

Starting in September, this level 7 course will be delivered by NYCI in partnership with the National University of Ireland, Galway.

This course is also linked to the Health Quality Mark (HQM) which is the health promotion award for the youth sector. Prospective participants must be in the position to implement the HQM in their respective organisations.

During the programme you will:
* develop your understanding of both health education and health promotion
* explore theories of health behaviour and models of good practice
* develop the skills and knowledge to assess the health needs of young people you work with
