Hey John, in a few moments we're going to ask you to chip in $5 or whatever you can to help us hit our January end-of-month fundraising goal, but first we want to tell you why it's so important.

In her State of the State address, Laura highlighted the accomplishments we've made since she took office while addressing what we still need to do to rebuild Kansas. We've already accomplished so much, from improving our foster care system to fully funding our public schools. But there's so much left to accomplish in 2020.

We're just four days away from our first end-of-month fundraising deadline of the new year, and every dollar we raise helps us get one step closer to accomplishing Laura's goals for the year. Whether it's expanding KanCare in a bipartisan and effective manner or expanding rural broadband or investing in our crumbling roads, Laura is putting Kansas' needs first.

But she can't do it alone. We're relying on grassroots supporters to continue powering this movement.

If we want to stay on track to continue spreading Laura's plans for Kansas' future, we need to meet our $15,000 fundraising goal by midnight on Friday. Will you help us get there? Chip in now.

Thank you,

Team Kelly
