It has been three years since President Trump implemented the Muslim Ban but our fight for justice has never wavered. We fought the ban in the courts and when the Supreme Court upheld the ban, we moved to fighting it in Congress with the No Ban Act. Do your part to ensure that this ban is reversed.

A legislative solution is our best chance at repealing the ban and also ensuring that a future one is impossible. Last year, we worked with Congresswoman Judy Chu and Senator Chris Coons to introduce the No Ban Act, a bill that would repeal the Muslim ban and ensure no future administration could pass another discriminatory ban. Currently, we are working to ensure a clean passage of the No Ban Act.

We will continue to hold this administration accountable and work with our legislative and civil society partners to ensure the Muslim Ban is overturned.
