It's time for Iowa Republicans to quit picking on kids.

Now that the weather's starting to clear up, I'm excited to spend more time on the road connecting with fellow Iowa Democrats.

I was thrilled to join Iowa Senate Democratic Leader Zach Wahls and Iowa House Democratic Leader Jennifer Konfrst yesterday at a Potluck Insurgency fundraising event to speak with folks in eastern Iowa about the work we're doing. What a great crowd!

• J.D. Scholten: 29 anti-LGBTQ bills have been filed in Iowa by the GOP. Today, I spoke in opposition of the bathroom bill.
• Iowa Senate Democrats: Sen. Janice Weiner celebrates Women’s History Month by honoring former Congresswoman Pat Schroeder, who graduated from high school in Iowa before beginning her trailblazing political career.
• Iowa House Democrats: Today's 1600 page Governor Kim Reynolds power grab included no input from Iowans. Thank you to the Iowa House Democrats that spoke out against the government realignment bill. They listened to Iowans, and put people first, not politics.
