In an ever-changing global economy, working people have been struggling to achieve the American Dream. Thousands of New Yorkers have been left behind.
That’s why I’m so proud of the work we’ve done in New York:
✅ We've put money back in working families’ pockets with $1.2 billion in tax cuts for middle-class families
✅ We've made investments in high-quality public education
✅ And, we've created new green jobs for a clean energy economy
But the truth is, we have so much work left to do, from protecting our unions, to ensuring everyone has access to care, to creating affordable housing. I’m committed to this work day in and day out. And will do all I can to make sure folks from every walk of life are accounted for as we look to a future anchored in what’s right, what’s just, and what’s fair.
