Hi John — pleased to (e)meet you!

I came aboard earlier this month as Hala's Field Director. I'm fired up to be working for such an inspiring and accomplished candidate who's built great trust with folks throughout Northern Virginia.

I'm reaching out because as of today, we're exactly three months out from the primary. My job is to make sure that we are hitting our voter contact benchmarks each week from here on out — and that we have the resources to keep increasing these benchmarks.

Over the weekend, we had our official kickoff canvass. I'm pleased to report that we knocked on over 200 doors!

This is a great start, but we just got back a poll showing that a majority of the primary electorate remains undecided. So the answer is to have even more conversations with voters next week. We'll win by leaving it all on the field – literally!

We've set a field budget goal this week of $1,500. Please, will you chip in just $10 to help us recruit more volunteers and make sure that our canvass teams have all the supplies they need in the next round? Every bit of support helps!
