John, please join us this Thursday, March 23 at Noon ET / 9 AM PT for a special edition of ADL’s Fighting Hate from Home webinar series as we release the 2022 data from our annual Audit of Antisemitic Incidents. We will dive into this much-anticipated update on the state of anti-Jewish hate in the country and will show alarming levels of antisemitic incidents
— ranging from vandalism to deadly violence.
The new report identifies important trends from the past year while highlighting some of the disturbing instances of harassment and violence targeting the Jewish community. Some of the trends in incident levels were driven by white supremacist activity, bomb threats and incidents at schools.
New incidents happened day after day... Every state in the nation had at least one antisemitic incident last year, and ADL has been at the forefront of tracking and responding.
ADL’s annual audit is widely shared by the media and government, so this webinar will also serve as a press briefing, with news media attending alongside the ADL community.
ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt will join Emily Snider of the ADL Center on Extremism to discuss the alarming numbers of antisemitic incidents across the country, how they are being monitored and addressed and how we can all show a commitment to taking action. We will also hear from Scott Richman,
Regional Director of ADL’s NY/NJ office, about disturbing antisemitic incidents in New York and New Jersey — home to the largest Jewish population in the U.S. — and how we are supporting the community and working with law enforcement. The discussion will be moderated by Allison Padilla-Goodman, VP of the ADL Southern Division.
