It reinforces what the evidence already shows, that Trump ordered the hold on Ukrainian aid specifically to force an investigation into his political opponents. For those who want to sweep Trump’s crimes under the rug, the report is driving them into a frenzy to block Bolton’s testimony. For those of us on the side of truth, it highlights just how desperately we need witnesses to have a fair trial.
That’s why we’re pulling out the stops to keep heavy pressure on the few GOP Senators who might still support calls for witnesses. They have to know that their constituents are watching. They have to understand that we’ll accept nothing less than a full and fair trial.
