Managing Risk and other Legal Requirements for Businesses Under ADA Title III

Capital One leverages a process mindset to manage risk within their ADA Title III program. In this presentation, they will share why it is important to manage, measure, and remediate risks within the ADA program, while remaining compliant with other regulations. Through case studies of ADA accommodations, they will engage the audience to discuss best practices. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required.
Representation Matters:?The Role of Adaptive Sports in the Lives of
People with Disabilities

Presented by the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center and the Great Plains ADA Center, in collaboration with the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR), this session features Dr. Anjali Forber-Pratt, Director of NIDILRR and two-time Paralympian.
A live question and answer segment will follow her keynote address from our recent ?Find Your Fun? adaptive sports event.
Registration for the live session is limited to the first 500 registrants. There is no cost to attend. The session will be recorded and archived for later viewing; registration is not required to view the archived session.
