We know the next election can feel far away, but the reality is that Republicans have already begun preparing for it – and that includes extremist candidates eyeing campaigns in our district.

Our current most dangerous potential opponent is failed 2022 Michigan gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon. Dixon has implied that she would run to flip MI-03 red next year, and more concerningly, her Twitter attacks on Hillary have become more frequent and aggressive.

Hillary needs the resources to defend herself against attacks from extremists like Tudor Dixon. Will you rush a contribution right away to ensure she has the resources to defend her seat and stay in Congress advocating for West Michigan families and workers?

In case you're unfamiliar with Tudor Dixon's policies, here are some highlights:

• Supports a total abortion ban, with no exceptions for rape and incest.
• Believes Donald Trump was the rightful winner of the 2020 presidential election.
• Promotes baseless conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tudor Dixon is wrong for Michigan and wrong for Congress. If she is not our opponent next year, you can bet it will be a similar far-right extremist who puts personal politics before West Michiganders.
