Monday, January 27,2020
Yesterday we learned the heartbreaking news of the sudden death of Jenette Finch of El Dorado Hills. Jenette was the co-founder of Indivisible El Dorado Hills and a tireless, passionate activist and fighter for democracy and justice. She will be greatly missed.
Following is an announcement from Nancy Corona-Guzman:
It's with great sadness that we convey the passing of Indivisible El Dorado Hills co-founder, Jenette Finch. Jenette passed away on Friday, January 24th, 2020, a few days after experiencing a sudden heart attack. Jenette was surrounded by her loving family.
We extend our deepest condolences to Jenette's devoted husband Steve and all her loved ones. For those of us who had the opportunity to know Jenette, it's hard to put into words the tremendous feeling of loss felt by Jenette's sudden passing. Jenette was one of the original founders of Indivisible El Dorado Hills - and she was determined to keep the group together despite others having to step away from time-to-time due to personal and professional responsibilities. We will forever be grateful for Jenette's passion and relentless pursuit to keep this group informed and aware of everyday actions we can take to fight back against inhumane policies.
Jenette passed away while traveling in Tennessee. As more details arise regarding funeral or other events to honor Jenette we will share.
