The EPA defines Environmental Justice as the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income as it pertains to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies.

It’s something we should commit ourselves to achieving every single day when considering how to best protect our environment. But you and I both know that GOP lawmakers have no interest in upholding environmental protection OR environmental justice.

If you care about upholding environmental justice, we need you to contribute to our effort to retake the General Assembly, kick the GOP majority to the curb, and start building the Virginia we want to see.
