Ad costs for House races could spike in some battleground states

In 2024, Pennsylvania will be at the center of American politics, John.
Pennsylvania has been one of the closest states in the last two Presidential elections, and it likely will be once again next year. A multi-millionaire Republican is planning to take on Senator Bob Casey. And Republicans will spend whatever it takes to defeat Matt here in PA-08.
That means Pennsylvania is going to be flooded with TV ads next year – and as Roll Call explained, campaign ad rates are going to be particularly costly in the Keystone State.
TV ads are one of the most effective ways to reach voters in every corner of the 8th District and share why we need to keep Matt in Congress. But getting these ads on the airwaves in 2024 won't be cheap, and we need to start preparing now to ensure we have the resources we need to get Matt's message out.
