For Jack Miller’s 94th birthday, I wanted to see

John,

Today is Jack Miller’s 94th birthday, and I wanted to reach out to you to see if you would join me in recognizing this milestone for a great American patriot.

As you know, Jack Miller has dedicated much of his life to sharing the vision found in the Declaration of Independence with the next generation.

From writing a children's book about our founding fathers, to founding a nonprofit that has helped teachers share the vision of America with over 1.6 million students around the country, Jack Miller has worked tirelessly to bring our founding principles and history back to the forefront of civic education.

But as Jack reminds us, there is much more to be done. He is as hard working and involved as ever, providing support, discussing ideas for expansion, writing articles, and speaking to new audiences about our mission.

Today, on Jack’s 94th birthday, I am asking you to join me in celebrating the vision and success of this remarkable man with a gift to pass on the vision of America to the next generation.

As an example of how your birthday gift in honor of Jack will make a difference, a donation of $94 will cover the cost for a social studies teacher to take part in a virtual professional development seminar focused on the deep study of the American political tradition and how to introduce these foundational texts to their students.

A gift of $940 will enable six teachers in a local school district to participate in a curricular workshop led by a JMC scholar and master teacher.

And a lead gift of $9,400 will start a new university campus center for the American political tradition—allowing a new cohort of college students to study the blessings of liberty that must be handed down in each generation.

This is the kind of work that your support can make possible, and there could be no more appropriate way to honor Jack on his 94th birthday than to give generously to the cause of teaching America’s founding principles and history. Your gift of $94, $940, or $9,400 (or any size) will make a real difference—and we’ll be sure to let Jack Miller know that you sent a gift for his birthday!

Sincerely,

Hans Zeiger
