Friend, the numbers from 2019 are in, and I have some good news and some bad news.

Let’s start with the bad news first:

Mitch had one of his best fundraising quarters ever at the end of 2019, raising $4.6 million. (It’s clear our campaign has got his attention and got his special-interest friends churning out checks as fast as they can.)

But here’s the good news: We raised more. This team raised $6.2 million last quarter, and we’re at a total of $16.9 million raised overall in less than six months.

Now, to be clear—Mitch has had more than a 5-year head start, and that means he still has about $2.4 million more in the bank than we do. And we expect him to use that to launch more nasty attacks against Amy.

But we’re narrowing that gap fast against one of the most prolific, glad-handing, corrupt politicians in the business.

Eliminating Mitch’s fundraising advantage is the first step toward defeating him this fall. The time to do that is right now—before our first fundraising deadline of Election Year, chip in and let’s close that gap:
