FIRST: The Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on June 24th, 2022, taking away the Federal Constitutional Right to Abortion
THEN: States across the country passed restrictive Abortion bans, further limiting the access to abortion of women across the country, especially those in Republican controlled states
NOW: Anti-Abortion activists have brought a legal case against one of the drugs involved in a medical abortion, Mifepristone, to try and get the drug pulled from the shelves across the country.
John, it doesn’t matter if you live in a red state or a blue state. If the judge in this federal court in Texas rules to pull mifepristone from shelves, it will impact your ability to obtain a medication abortion in EVERY state in the country.
