As a member of the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions, Frank is advocating for workers’ and organized labor’s right to form a union and collectively bargain for safe working environments, secure retirements, and good-paying jobs.

Organized labor is the backbone of the Northwest Indiana economy, and Frank is proud to be an original cosponsor of the PRO Act to ensure all workers have the ability to collectively bargain and form unions.
