John, across the country, trans youth are facing a barrage of hateful legislation that attacks trans rights and threatens their health and safety.

This year alone, 150 anti-trans bills have been proposed in 42 states.²

Among these vile proposals is a Tennessee bill, now signed into law, that prohibits lifesaving, gender-affirming care for trans youth.³

Other bills ban trans girls from playing school sports, bar teachers from using students' correct gender pronouns, and ban discussions of sexual orientation and gender identity in schools.⁴

Now more than ever, we need to show our solidarity and support for the trans community's basic rights to a joyful life, health, safety, and dignity.
