From the moment he got into Missouri’s U.S. Senate race, exactly two years after Josh Hawley ran away from the rioters he raised his fist for outside the Capitol on January 6th, Lucas has exposed Hawley as the fraud he really is — on cable news, on social media, and directly to Missouri voters.
GOP insiders know Lucas has a real shot to defeat Josh Hawley in 2024. And they know his message of taking back power for everyday people can win in Missouri. So they’re doing everything they can right now, while it’s still early, to slow down our grassroots momentum.
First, insiders at the National Republican Senatorial Committee called Lucas “unhinged” for wanting to take on a coward like Hawley. Then DC special interests + Hawley’s campaign teamed up to attack Lucas’ voice — criticizing him for sounding like… a man from Missouri?
